Refund eligibility is based on the number of days prior to the check-in date:
30 days or more before check-in – 100% refund
21 to 29 days before check-in – 75% refund
14 to 20 days before check-in – 50% refund
7 to 13 days before check-in – 25% refund
Less than 7 days before check-in – Non-refundable
No-shows – Non-refundable
2. Cancellation Request Requirements
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or official booking channel).
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
4. Post Check-in Policy
No refunds will be issued for early check-out or unused nights after check-in.
5. Date Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may involve rate differences.
6. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other unavoidable events), Hotel Oregano reserves the right to offer a date change or partial/full refund at management’s discretion.
